Experience management in healthcare is more than making a patient happy. The true goal is to give your patients a joyful confidence in the care you are giving them. This is achieved by communicating clearly, listening well, reacting in a timely manner to potential issues, and understanding that each patient’s experience is unique and important. This is not an easy task and requires the whole organization to be bought into the mission. Thank you to everyone working tirelessly to improve the patient experience, and ultimately, healthcare.
